Terms
Ekinox is a paid AI assistant for Windows 11, available in French and English. No free plan or free AI trial is included.
Subscriptions
Personal: €29 including tax per month, one seat and 1,000 monthly AI credits. Professional: €249 excluding tax per month, three seats and 6,000 shared monthly credits. Business: €990 excluding tax per month, ten seats and 20,000 shared monthly credits. Yearly billing is €290 including tax, €2,490 excluding tax and €9,900 excluding tax respectively. Applicable taxes are shown before payment.
Named users
Each seat is one identified workspace member, who may use their own compatible computers. Sharing credentials between people is prohibited. The service enforces the member allowance.
AI allowance
Credits cover voice and response processing, depending on input and output volume. Your remaining allowance is visible in the app and renews monthly without rollover. There are no automatic overage charges. A request can be refused if the balance cannot cover its processing reservation. The unused part of a reservation is returned after processing.
Terms for organisations
Seller and scope
These terms apply to business purchases of the Professional and Business plans. The seller is Alexandre Le Corre, sole trader, SIREN 842 701 443, 12 rue du Grand Pré, 49124 Saint-Barthélemy-d’Anjou, France. Contact contact@gamekin.app with “Ekinox” in the subject. The subscriber must be authorised to bind their organisation.
Order and activation
Before payment, choose the plan and billing interval, review the price and taxes, and accept these terms. Stripe processes payment. AI access is activated after payment and its association with your Ekinox workspace are confirmed. An account alone grants no free AI credits. Keep the order confirmation and invoices available in the billing portal.
Term and renewal
Subscriptions are prepaid monthly or yearly and automatically renew for the same term at the accepted price. Yearly subscriptions renew their credit allowance each month. A price change applies at a future renewal after advance notice; you may cancel before it takes effect.
Payment and plan changes
Business prices are in euros excluding applicable taxes. Stripe presents taxes and any plan adjustments before confirmation. No early-payment discount applies. Overdue business payments accrue statutory late-payment charges from their due date without a reminder: the applicable half-year ECB refinancing rate plus ten percentage points, subject to the legal minimum, and a €40 recovery fee. There are no automatic AI overage charges.
Cancellation
The owner can request cancellation under Subscription, then Manage subscription. It takes effect at the end of the paid period as confirmed by Stripe. Unused credits expire without a prorated refund unless required by law or separately agreed. Non-payment may suspend AI access; payment recovery does not restore credits already used. Use and availability
The service requires compatible Windows 11 and Internet access. Providers, applications, accessibility controls and permissions can limit a task. No universal compatibility, uninterrupted availability, bespoke service or SLA is included. Maintenance or incidents may interrupt service. You remain responsible for your rights to supplied information and for reviewing results and actions.
Liability and complaints
Each party is responsible for damage attributable to it under applicable law. Technical limits and possible AI mistakes do not remove the seller’s statutory obligations. Contact Ekinox to seek an amicable resolution. French law applies subject to mandatory applicable rules; jurisdiction is determined by ordinary legal rules.
Business data processing annex
Roles, purpose and instructions
For business information supplied to the service, your organisation is the controller and Alexandre Le Corre acts as processor. Processing provides the requested assistance during the subscription: reading, analysis and preparation of authorised content or actions. Instructions are the contract, workspace rules and requests from authorised users. Document or screen content cannot grant new permissions.
Data and people
Depending on your choices: document content, messages, contacts, window captures and audio concerning employees, customers, suppliers or other contacts. Supply only necessary, lawfully accessible information. Sensitive or sector-regulated data requires a suitable agreement and assessment before processing. Account and billing records are separately processed for the publisher’s purposes described in the privacy notice.
Protection and providers
Access is limited to authorised people under confidentiality duties. Controls include HTTPS, workspace isolation, local Windows encryption and server-side encryption of connection credentials. Providers are Fly.io (Paris API), Supabase (Paris account and workspace data) and Google Cloud (Vertex AI EU multi-region endpoint). The privacy notice explains their scope and retention limits. Connected tools are subject to their own agreements. No exclusively European hosting or zero-retention guarantee is offered.
Assistance and incidents
Using the information and means available to it, the publisher assists with rights requests, impact assessments, security obligations and incidents involving this service. It informs you of a personal-data breach without undue delay after becoming aware of it and of instructions it considers unlawful. Necessary compliance information is made available for reasonable verification while protecting other customers and security secrets.
Provider changes and transfers
You authorise the described providers to supply this service. Additions or replacements processing your content are notified in advance with thirty days to raise a reasoned data-protection objection. If no suitable solution is possible, you may terminate the affected service and request a refund for its unused prepaid period. GDPR-regulated transfers require applicable safeguards; contact the publisher before supplying data with special requirements.
End of processing
You may remove documents and connections and export the data available in the app. The API does not retain captures or audio. Encrypted execution receipts expire after 24 hours and OAuth attempts after ten minutes, purged by an hourly task. Removing a connection deletes its Ekinox credentials and receipts. Conversations stay on your computers for the chosen retention period. At service termination, request deletion of remaining workspace information; legally required records are retained only for that obligation.
Consumer withdrawal and complaints
Consumers buying remotely may withdraw within fourteen days after entering the contract, without giving a reason. Email contact@gamekin.app or write to the publisher’s address with your name, account email, order date and decision to withdraw. No general waiver of this right is requested. Following an eligible request, the subscription is stopped and payment is refunded within fourteen days to the original payment method.
Suggested notice: “I withdraw from the Ekinox subscription entered on [date], for account [email]. Name, address, date.” Contact the publisher first for complaints. Consumer sales remain closed until the appropriate consumer mediator’s contact details and the online withdrawal process are available and verified.
Limits and contract
AI can make mistakes. Check important administrative, tax, financial and legal results. The assistant does not replace qualified professional advice. Computer actions are limited to supported capabilities, the selected window and your explicit approvals. Billing and cancellation are managed through Stripe. The business terms and processing annex above apply to organisations. Sales remain closed pending verification of payment, email delivery and the distributed Windows package.
