Credits cover voice and AI responses according to processing volume. Your remaining balance is visible in the app. When it runs out, AI pauses until the monthly renewal. No automatic extra charges.

Does the AI see my screen continuously?
You choose which window to share. When your request needs a view of the screen, Ekinox analyses a screenshot taken at that moment. This is not a continuous video stream. You can stop sharing at any time.
Does Ekinox take control all the time?
No. You can simply talk, ask for an explanation or draft some text. Window sharing is optional. Every computer action requires a proposal and your separate approval.
Why pay for Ekinox if I already use ChatGPT?
Ekinox is designed around everyday office tasks on Windows: a simple conversation, the window you choose, on-screen guidance and approved actions. Business plans add named access, team policies and a shared allowance. ChatGPT also offers visual and agent features: choose the experience and level of guidance that fits your needs.
Can it really do everything for me?
Ekinox helps you draft, understand and make progress in your apps. Available actions depend on interface accessibility and happen one approved step at a time. It does not work alone in the background or automatically submit administrative or tax forms. Review important results.
Does it work in my browser?
Choose a browser window and open the relevant tab. Ekinox can use what is visible and propose filling accessible fields. It does not have permanent access to your hidden tabs. Action compatibility varies by website and application.
What about our internal software?
Ekinox can use the window you choose, including an internal app. Actions depend on its accessibility and are checked with your tools. The workspace owner can also set up a compatible advanced connection; it does not grant access to your entire network.
Can it find information in our emails?
The Microsoft 365 connection is in preparation. It will ask for separate permission for the Outlook emails, attachments, OneDrive files or calendar you choose. Signing in to Ekinox with Microsoft does not automatically grant any access to that data. In the meantime, you can select documents or a window.
Which computers and languages are supported?
The first version targets Windows 11 on x64 PCs, in French and English. The Windows app is required for window guidance and computer actions. AI replies require an Internet connection.
When can I use the app?
The first version is in preparation and still needs installed-computer validation before distribution. The demos on this page are illustrative. Sign-ups and payments remain closed during preparation; the prices shown are the planned offers.
